STORE POLICIES/ PURCHASE AUTHORIZATION FORM
EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT: Stock merchandise will be accepted for exchange within 60 days it accompanied by receipt and in its original packaging. No exchanges or returns on Special Orders.
NO REFUNDS. No refunds are given for any reason, only exchanges or store credit are given under the pre-requisites listed above.
SALE MERCHANDISE: Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
FURNITURE WARRANTY: Cassona offers a 6-month warranty from manufacturers detects. Any repair necessary offer the warranty expires will be provided for a nominal fee.
STORAGE: As a service to our customers, Cassona will be happy to store fully paid merchandise at no fee for up to 1 month. Cassona is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left in storage.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY: Shipping and delivery are available for a fee. The fee is determined by size, number of pieces, distance and interior location. The customer is responsible for making sure that the merchandise fits in stairwells, corridors, doorways, elevators, etc. If the merchandise cannot be delivered because it does not fit, the customer will be charged a fee tor attempted delivery and return of merchandise. A store credit will be issued for merchandise value.
At Cassona, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your special orders.
We will work with you on the details to create a truly personalized piece of furniture. After you place the order, cancellations are not accepted.

Cassona will do its best to assure that your special order arrives exactly as you ordered it. However, due to the uniqueness of your order, although unlikely, if measurements or stains are not exactly what you ordered, we are committed to making the necessary corrections.
Cassona is committed to assuring that your merchandise arrives within the estimated arrival period and we normally succeed. If unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you and let you know when the merchandise will arrive. We offer no financial compensation for unforeseen delays
In the event that the merchandise arrives damaged, report it immediately by sending photos of the damaged box and item at email@example.com or by calling us at 773.506.7882. We will make sure to respond ASAP and work with you in resolving the matter. Please hold on to the damaged box until the claim has been resolved.
